The Truth about the Denver Real Estate Market

I wrote a post a while back about a couple of things…1.  What (or more accurately who) can you believe regarding Denver Real Estate market statistics? and 2.  The stink created by a certain Forbes author who wrote negatively (and inaccurately) about the Denver Real Estate market…Now comes the latest from the Standard & Poors Case-Shiller Home Price Index the source I wrote about previously that you can trust to report the good, bad and the ugly about our local Denver real estate market.  This will serve as “the antidote” to the inaccurate Forbes article (which oh by the way) has been corrected.
