Stop for a moment and think….where do you want to live? How about this:
- A beautiful, vital, and walkable neighborhood;
- Provide housing, shopping and transportation choices;
- Generate lasting value for citizens and public and private stakeholders; and
- Provide access to the region’s jobs, government centers, healthcare facilities and cultural and recreational destinations
You would be well suited to look for a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) neighborhood! Denver has a website devoted to TOD information. Check it out.

Great article, I live near 9Mile and walk a couple of blocks to the lightrail. It is empowering to be able to live in a neighborhood where I can get to downtown or Park Meadows and not need a vehicle!
